Smart Static Grounding Earthing System  (SOP – Operating procedure)

– System consist 3 Indicating Lamp

Blue:   Static OK for the Tanker (Capacitance Range 1200 to 7500 Picofarad)

Green: Tanker Resistance < 10 Ohm

Red:    Tanker Resistance > 10 Ohm

SOP:

RED indicating lamp will glow when there is no connection of any clamps to the tanker.

Step 1:
Connect capacitance clamp to the tanker body. It will measure the capacitance of the tanker body and RED will convert to Blue when system measures the capacitance of the tanker between 1200 to 7500 Picofarad.

Step 2:
Connect Grounding clamp to the tanker body through the Earth Pit. It will measure the Resistance of the tanker body and Blue will convert to green when the system measures the Resistance of the tanker < 10 Ohms. Relay will give signal to Pumping/ Flow systems for loading and unloading.

Special Features:

In any case the capacitance or resistance clamp loosen the contacts to the tanker body OR Resistance goes beyond 10 Ohms the Green indicating lamp will convert to Red and Relay will be De -energized to stop the Pumping/ Flow systems.
